25-Year-Old Suddenly Struggling with Acne: Seeking Advice

I'm treating acne. I don't know how to live with it anymore. I got through my teenage years just fine. Not a single spot! But now, at 25, something inexplicable has started. Where have they come from? Why have they suddenly started bothering me? And most importantly, what to do about it? My husband has started distancing himself from me.

Post-Antibiotic Acne Treatment: Dehydrated Skin and Recurring Pimples

After treating acne with topical antibiotics, my skin is awful, there's almost no inflammation, literally 1-2, after washing it's very dry, after about twenty minutes the T-zone is all shiny, inflammation only on the cheeks for some reason, despite the fact that the T-zone was always oily, the skin looks dehydrated, many creams don't suit, acne was treated with Zineryt and Metrogyl topically + plus various washes with salicylic acid and zinc. Noticed that after this course of antibiotics on the face anything - immediately a pimple (on the cheeks), the town is small, there are no decent doctors, already regret that on their advice began to treat with antibiotics, because along with the pimples killed and skin immunity. Please advise anyone who has encountered this problem I will be very grateful.

Seeking Effective Long-Term Acne Treatments: A 6-Year Struggle

I'm seeking expert advice, or just advice from people who have dealt with acne. It started in Year 8, pus-filled spots began to appear, I smeared all sorts of creams, masks and so on, it didn't help. Then I started taking Bifidobacterium (don't know if that's correct), they seemed to start going away, but when I finished a month's course they started appearing again. I don't eat sweets, salty or spicy foods. I watch my diet, but spots still appear, please help, I'm desperate! I've been treating them for 6 years.

Considering Changing Doctors after Year on Spironolactone

Hello. Apologies for what may be a silly question, but I still want to know the answer. I've long been suffering from a multitude of problems: acne, oily skin, hair that gets dirty quickly, increased hairiness (not critical of course, but objectively more hair than my female friends), irregular periods (they can skip for three months, it happened). Naturally, I went to the gynaecologist. She directed me to have hormone tests. In the end, everything is normal, except for cortisol. I read up, and it seems cortisol isn't related to the problems I have. As a result, the doctor prescribed Spironolactone to be taken according to a specific regimen (start on the fifth day of menstruation and take for 20 days). The effect of the medicine is such: my periods now come twice a month (the doctor responded to this by saying it's better they come more often than not at all), my hair has become slightly less greasy. That's it. The acne, the hair remains. I've been taking Spironolactone for a year now. Now I'm thinking, maybe I need to change doctors? I read that girls take the contraceptive pill, it helps them, maybe I should too? Anyone who knows a bit about this topic, please answer.

Could someone please advise, has anyone encountered and cured this, a 13-year-old girl has very inflamed spots (acne) on her face, we've tried applying all sorts, it gets a bit better, and then it all comes back again ☹️ No need to mention the doctor, we've been there too... Thanks in advance to everyone.
