Seeking Advice for Persistent Red Spots on Face

The problem is that my face is covered in some sort of red spots. I haven't eaten sweets for almost a year, nor fried foods, flour-based foods, etc. Every morning and evening I do the same thing: use a face wash, toner, and expensive cream. I've been to a beautician, had various cleanings, peelings, but nothing helps. Is there any way to at least get rid of the spots on my face?

25-Year-Old Struggling with Acne and Resulting Depression

I'm 25, have been suffering from acne since I was 14. From time to time, my face would completely clear up, sometimes it was like a nuclear war on my face. And then there was a year of calm, but now it's flared up again with terrible subcutaneous pimples. My mood is at rock bottom, depression, my self-esteem has plummeted. I have no desire to dress nicely or look good, although I'm attractive without spots, but with them, I look like a monster, it's disgusting to look at myself. It's scary to go out without foundation. I'm getting treatment now, of course, but it's so hard emotionally😢. My husband also started saying that my face has become a nightmare, my parents don't understand how hard it is for me to go through this, they scold me for always being in a bad mood. But I can't help it, I can't be happy when I realise how much they disfigure me😢. How do you find the strength and patience to live with this and at least not be in a constant state of depression?

Seeking Advice for Persistent Acne Despite Treatments

Hello😊 I've come for some advice. I think many have encountered such a problem as acne. So, I've been suffering for a long time and have already used a lot of things. I had tests done recently, and my cortisol (509) and prolactin (524) levels were elevated. I'm not pregnant or lactating (100%). I've started anti-parasitic treatment, gastrointestinal cleansing, and acid therapy. My current care routine: a gentle cleansing gel, I use 7% glycolic acid, mandelic acid, La Roche Posay duo+m cream, and a moisturising cream with thermal water. Today is the 3rd day of use. Before starting, I had 2-3 subcutaneous pimples on my chin, post-acne on my cheeks, and very enlarged dirty pores, especially on my nose. And today, it seems like there are no subcutaneous ones, but my chin has broken out in pustules, lots of white spots with pus have come out and they're painful. So, what could this be due to, surely the care isn't suitable?

Acne Returns Post-Dermabrasion, Affecting Family Planning

Girls, maybe someone has experienced this. I was treating acne for over a year. I had a moderate degree. I tried EVERYTHING. Spent a fortune. Only Roaccutane helped. I took a six-month course. After discontinuation, the skin condition was more or less okay. Of course, the oiliness increased, a small rash appeared on the forehead and 3-4 pimples came out, but I managed with external care. I was left with scars and marks. I was already at the finish line. I decided to go for dermabrasion. An experienced doctor was recommended. We agreed on 2 procedures. One lighter, to see how the skin will behave and one main. We did the first one. I'M SHOCKED! Acne has returned. All cheeks are again covered with inflammations. I don't know what to think, what to do. I'm so tired of this. I can't live a normal life for 2 years. What second dermabrasion. The doctor again suggests taking Roaccutane, but my husband and I are planning a baby after the New Year. I can't fully understand. Did acne return because of the dermabrasion or did it just coincide in time? I also have no idea what to do next 😟 I want clear skin.

21-Year-Old Struggles with Worsening, Persistent Skin Problems

Good day. I'm 21, and the past year has been an absolute nightmare for me. My skin has always been hypersensitive and somewhat problematic, but the spots that have appeared (or rather, worsened) recently won't let me live in peace. I've even had an ultrasound scan (my gastrointestinal tract is all normal, although my gallbladder is slightly displaced), and I've had hormone tests (thyroid hormone and testosterone) -- all normal. The dermatologist advised me to cut out lactose, gluten, and sugar from my diet (you can't imagine how difficult this is for me), but new spots keep appearing on my face, albeit fewer. Has anyone else had a similar problem?! This issue is already making it impossible for me to live peacefully, I'm on the brink of despair.

Seeking Effective Rosacea and Acne Treatment Advice

Good day. I'm absolutely fed up with trying to find the right facial care. I have not terrible acne + specific rosacea on my cheeks (with subcutaneous pimples. Red, porous, bumpy skin on the "apples"). At the moment, I'm using the Effaclar range, it helps wonderfully with acne, my face has become much better, smooth, but not where the rosacea is. I don't apply the alcoholic lotion there. Can you advise how you dealt with rosacea with subcutaneous pimples? The doctor prescribed Skinoren - it didn't get better at all.
