These There are various ways of getting rid of a warts and skin tag effectively:
Laser Removal: The use of a laser to cut the wart off by removing its tiny blood vessels supply, thus causing it to fall off. It also kills the HPV virus responsible for the wart to develop.
Surgical Excision Removal: In some cases, a doctor can remove the wart by cutting or shaving it off with a scalpel. This is an exact manner in which you can remove the wart completely.
Cryotherapy: Cryotherapy involves freezing the wart with liquid nitrogen to destroy the affected skin cells. The liquid nitrogen is applied on the wart using a needle that will burn the wart. This causes a blister to form under the wart, causing it to fall off.
Electrosurgery: The wart is cut and then removed using an electric current in this method. It is a method used mostly with larger warts that did not respond as well to other wart removal treatment options like chemical treatments using salicylic acid.
The majority of wart treatments require less than 1 hour to get one treatment to complete.
Wart removal is very effective, and it is rare for a wart to grow back in the same place after having it professionally treated. But if the virus is still hanging around, more warts may spring up in other spots.
Most patients can return to work immediately after having a wart removed, however warts on the face and visible other places like your forehead or chin could mean needing to take time off. Then they may need as long as five days off.

To prepare for wart removal:

Excision wart removal
It may take a few days to heal, and if stitches are needed, they’ll be removed in about 1 week. You must keep the area clean and dry to heal faster.
Cryotherapy
The wart will blister initially and should fall off in 1 to 2 weeks. A little bit of redness, or a light swelling is normal and should go away soon.
Electrosurgery
After the treatment is given, you could possibly see a little swelling, or a scab. The wart should return to a normal skin colour, with healing taking 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the original wart and where it was located.
