Honestly, I don't know. I've had a cat allergy since childhood. It used to manifest as dermatitis, like dry eczema, but never acne. We also moved into a detached house. There are 3 fluffy cats, 2 dogs, plus temporary ones from the street. No rashes. I might sneeze, my eyes water, but it's not critical, and not often. The allergist's test naturally showed an allergy to cats, among a lot of other things. The doctor said to get rid of them. I got rid of the doctor. My husband has asthma and also allergies. We were afraid to get pets. But he quickly developed immunity to his own. And his mother, a severe asthmatic, took in two foundlings. Also without worsening. No one has any rashes. You might be reacting to something in the house. And to some foods. Try to stick to soaked buckwheat for about 5 days. It clears the face. Then add one product a day and watch for a reaction. Another option is to stay with your grandmother or a friend. See if it gets better.

We're based in central London at the historic 14 Devonshire Pl which is only a short 2 minute walk from Regents Park tube station a 10 minute taxi journey to Kings Cross, and St Pancras stations.
