@e.fripp · 26 days agoI've been suffering from insomnia because of it too. Today, I only managed to fall asleep at 7 in the morning. The dosage is 5000 IU. My husband takes it as well and experiences the same thing - restless sleep, only sleeping about 5 hours a day. As soon as we stop taking it, everything goes back to normal. I was taking it concurrently with iron, and started to experience a noise in my ears, something like a running car engine, such a low vibration. No one can hear it except me. I stopped the iron, but the sleep problems and noise in my ears continued. Now I've stopped the vitamin D and will see how it goes. But the sleep issue is definitely from the vitamin D. As for what's causing the noise in my ears, I haven't a clue.
