Today I had my visia done today with Lesley. As usual I was given plenty of time to look at the before and after pictures to see the progress with my skin.
Facetite is a type of RF (radiofrequency) treatment that targets the deeper layers of skin and fat on our face or neck when they begin to sag. The treatment areas include:
Facetite treatments are completed in about an hour for most patients, but this time varies depending on the degree of treatment necessary across your face and neck.
A local anaesthetic is applied for the Facetite procedure to anaesthetise those treatment areas. This procedure is usually well-tolerated with minimal pain in most patients. Afterwards, you might feel a bit sore or experience some swelling from the procedure that fades within a few days and can easily be handled with over-the-counter pain relievers.
Facetite results can last you up to 5 years after the treatment. How long they last will be different for everyone based on how their skin ages, the way they take care of it and their lifestyle. Your skin might not still look like it did five years ago, but you will find that it will look tighter than if left untreated.
