Finance Options

Applying for finance could not be simpler- in fact, we would even go as far as saying it can be done and dusted in as little as 5 minutes.

Applications can either be sent out to you at home, or completed alongside one of our friendly finance team here at the clinic - however you feel most comfortable!

No need to spend hours rummaging through files and folders - all of our finance plans are externally checked and carried out subject to a credit check.

On occasion, Deko - the finance company which handles your application - may reach out for some more information if necessary, but this is rare.

You have a few options here; simply select the repayment length most suited to you. Your available options are 6, 10, 12, 18, 24, 36 or 48 months.

Shorter-term plans (anything up to 24 months) are completely interest-free and will simply divide your treatment total into even monthly repayments.

Longer-term plans, on the other hand, (i.e. those 36 months and up) will incur a small amount of interest - meaning you'll pay a little on top of your treatment cost. Interest on our finance plans of 36 months and up are fixed at 19.9% APR.

You are welcome to pay the outstanding balance on your treatment charge at any given time. Simply reach out to us, and we can talk you through this process.

There is a 14-day cooling off period where you can withdraw from the credit agreement after signing your documents. If you wish to do this please contact us directly. We can cancel the application on your behalf. There is no need to contact Deko or your lender. A payment plan does not affect our standard refund policy. Just contact us and we’ll cancel your application and the lender will refund your deposit and let you know of any outstanding balance if applicable. Being declined for personal finance certainly doesn't mean that you cannot proceed with treatment.

If, individually, you fail to meet any of the credit requirements you are more than welcome to have someone apply on your behalf. In fact, we frequently have spouses, parents, siblings - even friends apply in a patient's place. Where there's a will, there's a way.

Your application will be assessed based on eligibility, credit history and affordability with Deko advising you of the outcome via email. It’s important to know that when applying for finance a hard credit check is made which will be recorded on your credit file.

If approved for finance, Deko will let you know who your lender is and provide you with their full contact details and information. You then just need to digitally sign your credit agreement, pay your deposit - if you have not yet already done so.

In a few cases, your application may be referred to a lender for manual assessment and you’ll be notified by email of the credit decision within 24 hours. If you’re not approved for finance it could be for a variety of reasons and the lender will be able to give you more information.
