It’s been quite a while – I qualified in 1995. I’ve always been interested in science, biology, and problem-solving, which naturally led me into healthcare. I’ve spent most of my career in acute, emergency, and intensive care, and that area of medicine has always fascinated me.
I did my nursing diploma at Canterbury Christ Church University, rotating through Ashford, Canterbury, and Margate hospitals. Then I completed a degree in Nursing Professional Practice. Later, I pursued a prescribing qualification at Portsmouth University. Most of my education was based in Canterbury.
I qualified in 1995, so it’s nearly 30 years now.
Yes – especially in aesthetics. More recently, I trained in anti-wrinkle injections and fillers, then built on that foundation with various other treatments. I joined Harley Street Skin during my prescribing course; they mentored me and helped me expand my skills. In aesthetics, there’s always more to learn.
I focus on anti-wrinkle treatments, IPL (intense pulsed light) therapy, and facial rejuvenation. I’ve noticed many people now prefer treatments that boost their own skin health rather than relying on artificial solutions. It’s about enhancing what they already have.
I often shadow doctors and colleagues if they’re doing procedures I’m less familiar with. I also read journals, browse online resources, and speak with representatives about new treatments or equipment. That’s how I stay current with the latest developments.

We're based in central London at the historic 14 Devonshire Pl which is only a short 2 minute walk from Regents Park tube station a 10 minute taxi journey to Kings Cross, and St Pancras stations.
