1. Order Processing

• Order Fulfilment: Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) GMT on a business day will usually be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

2. UK & Ireland Shipping

We offer both Standard and Fast Shipping options for the UK and Ireland:

1. Standard Shipping (2–3 working days)
   • Cost:
     • Orders £0.00 to £49.99: Standard Shipping applies.
     • Orders £50.00 to £99.99: Free Standard Shipping.
   • Delivery Times: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
2. Fast Shipping (1–2 working days)
   • Cost:
     • Orders £0.00 to £99.99: Fast Shipping applies (exact fee visible at checkout).
     • Orders £100.00 and above: Free Fast Shipping.
   • Delivery Times: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

3. International Shipping

We offer Express International shipping through Royal Mail to a variety of destinations. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 11 business days after dispatch. Costs vary by region:

Important: Transit times may be subject to customs clearance processes, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

4. Additional Information

1. Customs & Duties: For orders shipped outside the UK, additional import duties and taxes may be required by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
2. Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
3. Tracking: A tracking number (where available) will be provided once your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
