Understanding bloating, gas, and trapped wind
Bloating, gas, and trapped wind usually occur when there is excess gas or air formation present in our digestive system. Most likely in the stomach or ,intestine. You will not be harmed with these conditions but it can make your stomach pain and make you feel awkward.

Bloating, gas, and trapped wind may not be harmful and usually go away after a few days when managed properly.
However, it is crucial that you consult your doctor if you are experiencing severe or ongoing pain in the abdomen area. These may include immediate changes in your bowel, blood present in your stool, or if you are experiencing continuous vomiting or nausea.
