Hello everyone. For a long time, I've been losing hair, there's very little left on my head, the doctor told me to get a D3 test, I have a deficiency and was told to take initially 10 drops of <a href="https://www.harleystreetskinclinic.com/treatment/vitamin-drips/">Aquadetrim</a> a day, for a month, and then 5 drops a day for two months. As soon as I started taking D3, my hair stopped falling out, BUT I have terrible insomnia!!! I've tried D3 from different manufacturers, and Detrimax, and for children, and four drops a day instead of 10, but I still can't sleep, I was prescribed 2 magnesium tablets and one alprazolam tablet along with d3 when I told the doctor I can't sleep, IT DOESN'T HELP at all, I can't close my eyes, I feel very tired, but I can't sleep, if it goes on like this I will just fall and won't get up, I won't be able to work. If I don't take it, my hair falls out terribly again, it's not for the faint-hearted, if I don't take it I'll be left without hair, but if I do, I sleep at most 2 hours a day....what to do, I have no idea...maybe someone else had the same situation, how did you solve it? Please help with advice, maybe I should take something instead of D3...but nothing else helps me, I've tried everything for two years.
