Hello! I had a closed rhinoseptoplasty with vasotomy a month and a half ago. I had a large nose with a hump. Now there's very strong swelling, the nose seems large, but without the hump. And the shape is unclear, there's asymmetry. There are areas of numbness, the nose itself is hard, especially the tip. How long will this last? Maybe try phonophoresis? Does it help? The bone might be swollen, as the nose from the side still seems just as large (the bone itself is the septum) and I don't understand if this is swelling or not, as by touch I feel the bone.

In short, a month ago I had a rhinoplasty, they said that closer to the month the nose will be more or less normal, it will take shape, the swelling will subside, but mine has only gotten worse.
