Seeking Recommendations for Trustworthy Mole Removal Clinics

Hello!!!Girls, can you please advise, I want to remove a small mole on my face(nose). I can't decide on a clinic, I've looked at all possible ones and don't know where to go((((I'm afraid they'll disfigure me, there will be a big scar. Who has had one removed on their face, advise where to go, who had a good experience, without consequences?

Husband's Mole Removal Site Not Healing, Advice Needed

Mole. Removal. Not healing. Hello, friends. I really need some advice. My husband, 38 years old, had a melanocytic nevus (a suspicious-looking mole) removed. They did a histology, everything seems calm. But his finger isn't healing, even though he's been on antibiotics. They've also prescribed anti-inflammatory drugs, he's been taking them, but the finger is still inflamed. The surgeon reassures us, saying, don't worry, it's just a minor inflammation, an infection got in, it will pass. But how can it, if the treatment isn't helping? And today he has a temperature of 37.3. What should we do? Has anyone faced something like this? Thanks for your responses.

Home Mole Removal: Risks and Possible Blood Poisoning

Last year, I removed all my moles at home by myself. I bought a special device for mole removal, it had special needles. I had protruding, hanging, large moles. The device couldn't cope with them. I injured these moles with the device for several days, blood flowed, flesh was visible, but they didn't come off. There was no hydrogen peroxide at home to treat the wounds. And the blood flowed and the pillow was bloody. After a few days, I bought greater celandine, applied it, and after a few days the moles disappeared. But before the celandine, I injured the moles many times with the device's needle, there was severe bleeding and I didn't treat it. I later read on the internet that there could be blood poisoning if wounds are not treated and if an infection is introduced. I have a very high pulse even at rest. I read on the internet that tachycardia can be a symptom of blood poisoning. I didn't go to the doctors, and there's no point. What will I say to them: "I suspect I have blood poisoning?". They won't even listen to me. I generally don't like going to the clinic. Can a regular medical examination detect blood poisoning? For example, when I'm having a medical examination for a job. Do they usually take blood at a medical examination? If the blood is infected, will it show up?

Self-Removed Moles: Keloid Scars or Danger? Seeking Remedies

Three months ago, I decided to remove some small moles on my hand myself using an antipapilloma gel. Now I realise, it was a bad idea. There were scabs, then they fell off. Now there are still very red spots 0.5 cm in diameter with a shiny top layer of skin, slightly raised, slightly swollen after a bath, are these keloid scars or what? Will they go away over time or what should I do? What ointments can I use, maybe peels / laser resurfacing or is it not possible on the site of the removed moles? Maybe the moles were not completely removed and I need a dermatoscopy? How dangerous is the situation in general and can melanoma develop from this?
