Struggling With Skin and Period Issues, Need Help

Girls, hello! I'm 20 years old. I'm writing to you with tears in my eyes, I have hyperprolactinaemia, tonsillitis and acne since childhood, had my glands removed at 17. My face didn't get any cleaner, my immunity didn't suffer much, but my periods have been bad since I was 14 and still are. I have a month on, a month off. I've tried everything - blood transfusion, cosmetologists, dermatologists, vitamins, the pill (Yasmin), dydrogesterone, retinol cream (helps many), but my skin remains problematic, I can't stand it anymore, I'm a young girl, but my face is a nightmare and it's not getting any better. Today I read that polycystic ovary syndrome can be a result of tonsillitis. Because of the increased prolactin, I don't have periods, and my face is like this. They write that to lower prolactin you need to take dydrogesterone, I've already taken it, I gained 5 kg now I weigh 70 at a height of 173 (I go to the gym 3 times a week). I really don't want to gain weight, please help, advise, I don't know what to do anymore. The pill didn't help with my face, only with periods, I think, maybe I should try the patch instead of Yasmin. I'm grateful for any advice.

You could try the natural and non-hormonal remedy Remens by Bittner (in tablets or drops). It normalises the menstrual cycle, reduces vegetative attacks of PMS and menopause. Without contraindications and side effects. A course of 3 months is recommended from the first day of menstruation. Stay healthy.

Everything in the body is absolutely interconnected. Perhaps you should try not taking any medications at all? It simply feels like you've been overfed with them and your body is oversaturated. If your glands have been removed, then where does chronic tonsillitis come from? The diagnosis is likely incorrect. I once had a doctor who also diagnosed me with it, another doctor looked and refuted it and diagnosed sinusitis, in the end after all the fuss it turned out that there was neither, just allergic rhinitis due to climate change (I have to travel around) and a general weakening of the immune system. I took a course of Polyoxidonium (I prescribed it to myself) to boost my immune system and regularly consume rosehip, garlic and lemons. You know, the result is evident. Literally, as I also suffered from acne. Try also for the face any single-component product with azelaic acid. Do not wash your face with hot water and do not use alcohol-containing and panthenol-containing products. During the day, you can either use paper handkerchiefs (as if to blot your face), or simply wipe with chlorhexidine. Your skin needs to rest from heavy products (all kinds of masks, scrubs, lotions, gels, tonics, foams and creams). And see a good dietitian, yes yes. They will compose an effective nutrition plan for you when taking hormonal drugs, so that you do not burst. Everything will be fine!

Go see an endocrinologist! To slightly alleviate your skin condition - use special pharmacy products! Cetaphil Dermacontrol: cream and foam, help me fight against spots. I also often wipe my skin with lotion of this brand - it helps a lot!
