Seeking Advice on Anti-Aging Treatments

Good day, everyone! I've decided to age gracefully. That is, wrinkles should be well-kept - to slow down their development if possible. I've visited several salons (both expensive and not so), consulted with doctors. But here's what I can't figure out - I'd like to get comments from the experienced - that is, from those who have completed the courses recommended by doctors. Here's what they recommend to me: - facial muscle lift by machine method - photo rejuvenation - thread lift + injections (hyaluronic acid) What do you say?

I've had mesotherapy and hyaluronic acid injections and I'm pleased. All procedures should be done individually, depending on the condition of the skin. You, apparently, have not visited salons before, so you now need a powerful impact.

Rejuvenate your face. Well, not many do the neck. But what about the body, hands, décolletage+breast, pigmentation spots - where do all these go? Hide under clothes? Maybe you need to take something.. proteins, vitamins, hyaluronic acid, Q10?

Even though I'm 36, I notice from those around me - no, none at all. It's all an illusion, vanity, and self-deception. There's only sleep, proper nutrition, exercise, and quality skin hydration. Well, and genetics - that's the first thing. Everything else, even if you bang your head against the wall, the results are nil or slightly fresher. But these "slightly" aren't worth such titanic efforts, I swear.

Fillers in the nasolabial folds; denser fillers in the cheeks; at least once a year biorevitalisation. For me, these are very effective methods (that is, I see a real effect). Unfortunately, the massage was absolutely ineffective. And also - however banal - inner attitude and readiness to laugh are worth a lot.

[quote="Veronika"]Don't fool yourselves! A woman who can afford to regularly visit salons looks far better than ordinary women.[\/quote]

Women who can afford to go to salons can also afford to live without stress, not work, sleep more, eat quality food and rest.

Guest, thank you, I'm just on my way, lots of questions arise, the help of all respondents is important to me. There's also galvanic, ultrasound, microcurrents, electrostimulation - is this a method of influence, or what? How do I know what I need? I need to prevent further sagging of the oval, i.e. probably muscle exercise and for the skin to look healthy and glowing, smoothing out future wrinkles. That's why I think that, according to the manufacturer's claim, the Ultratonic m115 will cope with these tasks.

I had a look, there's also muscle stimulation. It also breaks down subcutaneous fat. This is good for cellulite, but not desirable for the face. 😊 Ultrasound will completely ruin the face, breaking the barrier, thereby promoting permeability. And they'll write all sorts in the adverts. I don't know anything about galvanic.

Exactly, they can write anything, thank you, I'll think some more, Beauty Iris m708, Gezatone, there microcurrents reduce muscle flaccidity, galvanic- activation of collagen and elastin production. Girls, does anyone have similar things, what do you say?

I've read the reviews too. But now I understand that these reviews could be written by the distributors of this nonsense themselves. Why complicate things? Just look at what microcurrent devices that are used in professional beauty institutes look like, and these little things... Where was my mind then? 😆 Well, desire is stronger than reason... And here's the result.

Mesotherapy, beauty injections really do help. You might not shave off ten years, but your face will look better. I've seen it on many of my acquaintances who've had the procedures, their appearance significantly improved, they've really freshened up.

And who can write something about mesotherapy threads? Who has done it? What does the procedure entail, is it painful? And how long afterwards should one avoid being seen by people? I'm also over 40 now. So far, I've only had hyaluronic acid biorevitalisation. Then I spent three days wearing glasses and a gauze bandage to work. I was all bumpy. But what smooth, even, not at all dry skin I got, which is unusual for me. Two procedures kept me moisturised all summer. But now I have wrinkles. And they recommended mesotherapy threads at the salon. But it's a bit scary so far. Are there any real reviews?
