Rejuvenation Procedures: Marketing Ploy or Genuine Benefit?

About rejuvenation procedures. Is it just a marketing ploy or is there something to it? There's a lot of advertising now, vitamins, collagen, and various menopause delays. My friend has been drinking collagen for 5 years, I can't say that she looks super, she just looks her age. But she says, 'If I hadn't been drinking it, then....' What do you think about this? Is it worth doing anything at all? Or is it better to accept it and invest the money in something pleasant. Like a trip or buying some clothes.....

I have a good attitude towards it. I use it regularly. There's only benefit from quality dietary supplement manufacturers! The last successful dietary supplement was Q10, my skin tends to be dry, with the help of Q10 I achieved nourishment and hydration. Vitamin C is always in use.

I'm positive, especially if they yield results. It's each person's choice to care about their health or not. For instance, I'm currently taking marine collagen supercomplex from Evalar for joint support, including skin, as it's packed with hyaluronic acid. I have too much stuff at home, my husband is already complaining 😆.

Of course, ideally, travelling and treating yourself to a new outfit is always beneficial 😂 But taking collagen won't hurt either. I personally take it as part of the Vitabeauty anti-ageing complex, which also contains other beneficial components for maintaining the beauty and youthfulness of the skin. I like the positive result against the backdrop of intake, so I undergo intake courses regularly. Yes, my skin has improved, it has smoothed out, the flaking has gone and it has tightened up.

I have a positive attitude. I regularly take Menopause Lady's Formula myself, as the menopause started. So, I don't suffer from hot flushes and have enough energy for everything, the youthfulness of the skin is also preserved - noticeably fewer wrinkles have appeared. After all, the ageing processes accelerate when entering menopause - the body needs help to stay young.

Overall, I have a positive attitude. I often buy omega-3 for boosting immunity and heart health, and besides, my mum has been taking Evalar's carnosine for the third year now, I can say her skin looks fresher, plus she works without any problems, doesn't even want to think about retirement 😊

I have a normal attitude towards it, if there's an effect and if it's not overdone. I myself take collagen, for example, and a few other supplements, constantly ordering something new, but the key here is also not to overdo it. Collagen actually helps me refresh my face, it gains a healthier look, and even small wrinkles slowly smooth out. Of course, you won't see an instant effect, but I'm satisfied with everything. I drink Azenua collagen powder.
