Post-Breast Enlargement: Swelling Adding Extra Cup Size?

Hello! I'm interested in the opinions of those who've dared to have a breast enlargement. It's my 3rd day post-surgery. Desired size - full B cup, maximum on the border of B and C. The surgeon promises the desired result. At the moment, my breasts are a C-C+ cup. I'm eagerly awaiting a reduction in volume. How was it for you? Can swelling really add an extra cup size? Thanks in advance for your sensible and relevant comments 😊

After my surgery, oh what a chest I had.. I had a mag gan 345... two years have passed already... it's not as big now 🀣 deflated to a B and a half cup at most. Now I want to give birth and after childbirth, I want to redo it a bit bigger, but not much. I'm large and a 2.5 is a bit small for me 😊 Swelling can add a cup and a half plus.

Of course, swelling is normal. The breast size then deflates. I personally had the same experience. At first, when I just had it done, such a huge breast size seemed to appear, but my doctor had warned me about this, but when you see it in person πŸ˜‚ Then everything fell into place, the breast took the necessary shape and my favourite size, a full B cup 😊

I had it done on 23.02.15, submammary under the muscle, McGhan 375ml. The first three days were tough, but now it's okay, but here's the problem - today at the dressing change, I found out that there are many downsides and almost no upsides to having it under the muscle, except for an easy rehabilitation. The edges of the implants will be visualised and palpable, there may be waves at the bottom of the breast and capsular contracture often occurs. I look in the mirror, my breast is beautiful, even, and that's still with the swelling. But what I found out today killed all my positive emotions. What am I supposed to do now??? Will I really have to have it redone???

Hello, I'm having surgery on the 1st of May, all the details are the same as yours, OP. Please tell me, is it immediately noticeable that I've got breasts... I'm afraid that everyone at work will notice straight away😟. Thanks in advance for your response.

I had surgery a month ago 😊 I was a 1.5, they put in a 295 McGhan, and I ended up a 3 😊 My left one is still a bit swollen, for some reason the left one takes longer to heal for most people, could be a coincidence... 😊 As for the incision, it's much safer under the breast, they don't disturb the gland unnecessarily, and the scar is neatly hidden 😊 And if the implant is placed under the muscle, then nothing can be felt in principle, if the size is chosen correctly of course 😊

Girls, could you please advise how your swelling progressed and after what time? And the overall rehabilitation period? The operation was on 14.03.2017, Polytech implants 315, round, under the muscle, initial size A cup😊. At the time when others' swelling is already subsiding, on the 9th day, I started to get swelling (I feel like a dairy cow😩😡) and it's still there, I hope it will pass soon because I'm very worried about it😟. Girls, has anyone else experienced this?

Hello everyone! On 24.10.17, I had surgery. The original was not a full A cup, underbust -78, weight-54, height-160. They put in 325 grams, medium profile. Today is the 9th day, it feels like my breasts are all +4 sizes. We agreed on a maximum of 2.5. Has anyone had a similar original, I'm interested in what the result will be.

Girls, hello!! Does anyone know or has anyone been through this to reassure me?! The op was on 9th August, it's been exactly 2 weeks, the original size was about one and a half, they did 350, wanted a C cup, but now the swelling is going down and it feels like it won't be there, I'm afraid it will decrease and will be a B cup(( and also the left breast is bigger than the right one. I can't understand whether it's swelling or if it will stay like this now( Can anyone advise, has anyone had this? Did it get back to normal later?

On 5.09.18, I had surgery, and my A cup was fitted with Mentor 275. It's already the fourth day, and they're swelling so much that it feels like they'll burst. Sleeping is very difficult, my back is getting numb, my chest is starting to hurt, it's painful to move, and I just want all of this to end as soon as possible. When will I be able to sleep properly (all night) (without pain)??

I had uneven breasts, one was an A cup, the other was between A and B. I had Mentor 280 and 295 implants inserted (the doctor initially suggested larger ones). There's still some swelling, but my breasts seem too big... I hope they'll reduce in size. I wanted even smaller implants, but the doc said there would be a large gap between them and I'd later say it was too small. I listened... now I'm waiting for the result.

Good evening. Having read the messages, I've calmed down a bit. The operation was on 13.01.2020, I'm scared by the swelling, asymmetry, and today, on the 7th day, my temperature rose. Of course, as the doctor promised me that I would be able to return to work after a week, this did not happen. Weakness, lack of air, palpitations, I've become not particularly capable of work. If there's any advice on how to reduce swelling or regain strength, I would be grateful.

Dear girl, what was your final result? What size? Did you get the desired B cup? I'm in the same situation, I got 330 ml of a UK equivalent implant. After the surgery, my breasts are massive. So much so, it brings me to tears, I wish I could go back to my previous size …
