I underwent a deep laser peel using smart dots CO2 on 12.02.2011, with the aim of removing acne scars. The same procedure is also done for rejuvenation. A month has passed - the scars remain exactly the same and there's no rejuvenation either. I've even started to get depressed - so much to endure and all for naught. I'm walking around with a red face. The doctor said that the redness will go away in 4-8 weeks (though it covers well with foundation), and I'll only be able to evaluate the result after six months, as if the face "settles" during this time. Honestly speaking, I deeply regret starting all this 😟.

She says it was painful. You can't do acid ones for a whole year afterwards. The skin looks fresh, there's a slight redness. I did it to even out the skin. (I previously used a medium acid one) I like the effect.

A CO2 laser will never yield a good rejuvenation result! Due to its low optical penetration power (water absorption is 10 times worse than that of an erbium laser). As a result, severe damage to the upper layers of the skin - a long recovery period, inflammation, but no rejuvenation. The DOT (dermal optical thermolysis) technique itself is very promising, but there are few good devices. I recommend Fotona.

I've had 2 FRAC 3 procedures. No redness or swelling. My skin is oily and porous. I'm 30. I had crow's feet and a fairly deep forehead wrinkle. My skin is now as tight as a drum. There's not even a hint on my forehead. Very cool. I'll go again in a month. It lasts up to 2 years after 3 procedures. I'm also having laser resurfacing on my stomach. So far, only 2 procedures. I have old, deep stretch marks. I need 4-5 procedures. The sensations aren't pleasant but bearable. The burn goes away in 2 weeks. My stomach skin was like a bag of rags despite working out for 2 hours, 5 times a week. It's not great now, the stretch marks are visible, but my belly has tightened up to be flat. I'll definitely do it again. There's a result.

I've undergone a rejuvenation procedure. I'm all covered in scabs.. I'm stuck at home, unable to go out anywhere. The cosmetologist said that I need to wait 4-5 days, until the swelling and scabs go away.

Laser peeling is like a sunburn. The procedure isn't pleasant, the sensation lasts until the redness subsides. And to endure such feelings, one must be consciously ready.
