My skin is also prone to the formation of keloid scars. They appeared after a smallpox vaccination at school, after cauterising warts on my hand, and after attempting to squeeze a few spots in the décolleté area. I was very self-conscious about the latter and injected Hyaluronidase under them, which made them slightly better. But only time, a lot of time, truly helped! After about 10 years, they gradually stopped rising above the level of the surrounding skin, their colour almost evened out, well, maybe they remained just a tad lighter. I would advise you to consult with a cosmetologist or a cosmetic surgeon about this, it seems you can undergo some dissolving procedures like electrophoresis, azacitidine, paraffin or mud treatments. But the improvement will be slow, so arm yourself with patience, and 1 month is not a term at all.

I have a 4 cm keloid on my chest after fibroadenoma removal... It's already 7 months old... That is, the scar has formed specifically as a keloid... I'm sharing these details because the scar formation stage is half a year... Whatever forms during this half year, that's what it will be... I agree about Dermatix. I had three moles removed and the doctor immediately said that after healing, I should apply this gel if I don't want the scars to remain visible.
