Exercises or creams for breast enlargement advice?

Can anyone advise, has anyone done exercises for breast enlargement? I'm very skinny, no breasts, I'd like at least an A cup, can exercises combined with sports nutrition have an effect? Or perhaps someone has used any safe creams?

Forget about creams straight away! The mammary glands themselves can't be pumped up, as they don't contain muscles. It's only possible to really work out the pectoral muscles, which will lift the breasts and enhance the chest contour.

I did it, it helped me, but it took me a very long time! I've done these exercises so many times on this site, I'm fed up. But no one believes me that they work. By the way, a girl from another women's site recommended these exercises to me, or rather not to me, but someone else asked just like you, she answered. That was about three years ago. I increased my breast size by a cup then. But honestly, it was just out of curiosity - will it help or not.

Chest exercises - flys and push-ups. Do them IN MODERATION, as overdoing it can lead to a decrease in breast size. This is a point agreed upon by experienced trainers - that the chest is the only place in a woman's body where fat is locally lost, i.e., from a large volume of work. If done in moderation - the pectoral muscles will grow a bit, and lift the mammary gland. You can start with 1-2 sets of push-ups twice a week with a medium or wide grip, aiming for 15-20 against the wall. And as you master the technique, lower yourself - from the table, then from the chair, and so on.

Drink beer. It contains female hormones and sometimes even blokes' chests grow. I think there's no need to write about the flip side of the "medal", everyone knows... If you're only concerned about appearance, you can drink in the mornings and not gain weight, but there's no way to fix the fact that this harms the eggs.
