@h.jaskulski.91 · 1 month agoHello, I also had lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy (exactly a month ago), the outer corners of my eyes are dropped, I really don't like it, the stitches near the outer corners are accordion-like, tightly pulled. I can still feel the tightness from the stitches and tension from the canthopexy. I'm doing microcurrents, they've punctured collagen stimulators under the stitches. I don't know if the cosmetologist will help. I feel like the surgeon did something wrong. Meeting with him in a week. (But he's unlikely to admit the mistake, he'll say rehabilitation is half a year). Please write, did your corners lift? I'm very worried....

The stitches are not healing (I also recently injected collagen into the stitches - the effect is barely noticeable), the asymmetry of the eyes has become more pronounced, it feels as if the corner of the right eye has dropped even more, the left one, it seems, has tightened up a bit. In general, I'm mentally preparing myself for another operation.

@h.jaskulski.91 · 1 month agoThank you for the response. My situation remains the same as well. My eyes are heavily pulled down by scars, especially towards the evening, perhaps that's why the outer corner has dropped, my skin is very thin. Don't disappear, maybe they'll advise us on something....

@h.jaskulski.91 · 1 month agoHello. Has anyone had blepharoplasty with canthopexy? The corners of my eyes where the muscle was stitched are really tight, it's been a month and a half already. The surgeon says it will pass with time. Has anyone else experienced this? One eye is fine, but the other one feels tight, like ants running under the stitch. Please respond...I'm really worried...

@msamhan · 1 month agoHello! In 2022, I had a full blepharoplasty with canthopexy!!! In 2024, I had to urgently undergo a repeat blepharoplasty!!! The corners of my eyes were drooping with overlap! The upper eyelids were uneven with skin deformation 😢From the lower eyelids, a lot of skin was cut off !!!!!! The pain in my eyes intensified, my eyes often became inflamed, tears flowed!!!
