Try Contractubex, it cleared up my post-acne marks, and due to speeding up regeneration, your spots will heal faster.

Kelly Germann Foca
@kelly.germannfoca.95 · 22 days agoIn response to the post above, Korean BB creams once caused a severe acne flare-up for me, even though I followed the two-step cleansing rules with hydrophilic oil. It's better to limit decorative cosmetics altogether. Consider mineral ones, but make sure to disinfect both the lids where you pour them out and the brushes. OP, I understand you very well, when things get really bad, it's easy to lose heart. My advice is to keep fighting - gastroenterologist, ENT, dermatologist, who will guide you. I'm over 30, and let's just say, I haven't completely defeated acne, but I now understand what, why, and how to prevent it.

Mary-Beth Sprinkles
@m.sprinkles · 21 days agoI had a close friend who had this..she's now 31 and still gets spots, albeit fewer. The worst part is that her face is all uneven without foundation and there are many old scars. In such a case, you need to take the contraceptive pill for at least half a year, otherwise even the pill won't save the situation later as the skin will be damaged. And then imagine wrinkles adding to this with age.

Vanessa Roseline
@vanessaroseline · 21 days agoThe skin always mirrors what's happening in the body! Hormones, various gastrointestinal issues, diet - these are the main causes of problematic skin. There's no point in slathering on heaps of products, only to damage and dry out the skin. The direction to move in is towards investigations and identifying the cause of the malfunction. Remove the malfunction - the skin will clear up.

It's essential to eliminate all sugar and fats from your diet, eat lots of vegetables, drink more water. 2-3 times a week, engage in intensive sports or jogging in the fresh air. Life is beautiful!

@r_burdis · 20 days agoFirst of all, get tested for allergens. You're eating the wrong things.. and this isn't just on your face, but also a nightmare inside. Ointments are irrelevant if you've written above that your gastrointestinal tract isn't okay. Get tested and get treated and everything will be fine for you.

Nimisha Scull
@n_scull · 20 days agoI've tried just about everything on my face. No use at all. Eventually, at 28, I decided to get pregnant. Nothing is working out. Hormone tests are normal. But they still prescribed hormone pills. I was terrified to take them. But what a miracle when the spots cleared up in a month. I saw my real self. It's such a joy. Light makeup and that's it. Skin isn't getting greasy. Why didn't I do this before? I wouldn't have these awful scars on my face now.

Nayla Boulos
@nayla.boulos.0 · 20 days agoI can suggest checking your teeth, if you've tried everything else before. I suffered for many years, terrible acne, subcutaneous pimples, inflammations + my skin was oily in itself, which didn't add to my beauty. Until I had an orthopantomogram done. And under a long-ago filled tooth, there was a HUGE cyst, which never hurt or bothered me in my life. After its removal along with the tooth - the pimples disappeared. Completely. The cyst was causing chronic inflammation and, actually, pimples on the face. The oiliness remained, but that's such a trifle, compared to what it was before.

Ananda Ríos Cabezuela
@a_rioscabezuela · 20 days agoYou can then dry out the spot, I've tried hydrogen peroxide, but it burned my skin, I wouldn't recommend it, better to use something gentler, there are various pencils in cosmetic shops, they will do. I applied such a dryer during the day, and again a compress with ointment at night. After 2 days it was much better, after a week the skin had renewed and there were almost no traces left. Yes, you won't look very good with a face covered in plasters 😆 but if nothing else helps, I suggest you try, you can start with one spot, if it helps, continue with the others. And of course, this is just fighting the symptom, it's important to identify the cause, eat properly and wash your face.

@m.nayak · 20 days agoThe author didn't write what she was treated with, what helps, what doesn't, what tests she took. Many here, based on their own experience, can advise a mountain of things. Clarification is needed. I suffered for a long time. After 25 years of struggle, I bought Benzoyl Peroxide and, oh miracle, it was exactly the bacteria outside and Benzoyl Peroxide. It's a pity that when I was a teenager it wasn't widespread, and even then dermatologists didn't prescribe it.

Apala Kalra
@apala_kalra_87 · 20 days agoI'm 36 and have been suffering from acne for about 20 years. It's getting worse with age 😟... the spots are huge, painful, leaving scars and blemishes behind. I've tried everything, all is well, tretinoin, Roaccutane, I've taken and applied - nothing helps at all. Sometimes it calms down, for a couple of months nothing happens, during this time I manage to peel off the blemishes with peels and generally have a decent appearance, then in a week a whole cheek can fester just like that. Of course, I get very upset, but not to the point of depression, I suppose I've gotten used to it... but my husband has never said anything bad about my appearance, and the surroundings keep quiet and I've always had male attention - if it weren't for the disgusting spots, I'm quite pleasant.

Beverly Stermieri
@bstermieri · 19 days agoAuthor, I understand you. I myself have been suffering from acne for 15 years, tried everything, not a single doctor or beautician has helped me. There were improvements when taking birth control pills, but, apparently, the body got used to it and that's it, it started again. The last straw was when two days before the wedding, out of nowhere, a huge subcutaneous pimple appeared, which could not be covered up or cured. Despite the fact that I had been on a diet for a month to prevent this... I'm also full of charm, bright. But when I break out, I want to become invisible, I try to be as unnoticeable as possible. I want to cry every time I look in the mirror in the morning. And people who don't suffer from this like we do just don't understand the psychological problem. They think it's trivial, a few pimples, so what. Or some advised me to wash my face more often, do scrubs or cleanings. Seriously?!? As if I hadn't figured it out myself, I've been walking around with pimples for many years, but I didn't think about washing my face. Hold on, in short. You need to distract yourself with all your might and not let this poison your whole life. Personally, I've noticed, it's a vicious circle- the more you worry and torment yourself, the worse your face gets.

Eniko Damoc
@eniko.damoc · 19 days agoActually, retinoid peels are very effective for acne. True, they are done in winter, you can't do them during periods of active sun. But in principle, you can even spot-treat pimples with Retasol in the summer. It dries out the skin well, preventing inflammation.
