18 Year Old Seeking Advice for Excessive Sweating Issue

I'm 18 years old. Summer is coming and with it, my half-forgotten complexes. From about 16, I started to sweat heavily in the heat and with physical exertion, practically any, not necessarily strong. In addition to this, I blush, the same thing, in the heat and with physical exertion. Height 166 cm. Weight 64 kg. I have type one diabetes. I sweat like this - 20 minutes to walk down the street in a sleeveless top at a temperature of 25 degrees and my fringe is already wet, a couple of drops have flowed from my face, and of course, I've blushed. I always sweat a lot, but especially in the heat, in autumn and winter it's just unnoticeable, I wear cotton. Has anyone got rid of this through psychological and physiotherapeutic methods??? What about homeopathy? Please respond!!!

I have diabetes too, and this problem. The redness after a shower is such - as if I've been boiled in hot water... and I sweat as soon as the temperature exceeds 10 degrees... but I somehow managed with it... after my second childbirth, I heavily apply deodorant and wear sleeveless tops - so I hardly sweat... I wash my face with cold water in the morning, then dust a bit of talcum powder (there's powder with talc) and go outside...

You need to graft in the gym on cardio (if your health allows), then a 20-minute walk will be nothing, you won't break a sweat. And you need to dress not according to the weather, i.e. it's 20 degrees outside - someone will put on a coat with sleeves, but you go in a t-shirt - always dress lighter.

I've had a redness since childhood. It somehow faded after I turned 20. Here's what I'd advise for now. 1. Get enough sleep! No staying up late, ideally in bed by 21-22 hours. It's important. Otherwise, you'll wake up all red in the morning or be predisposed to it. 2. Exclude alcohol, smoking, all sorts of fizzy drinks, coffee, McDonald's and bad food. 3. Dress as lightly as possible in the summer. So no tight trousers (I used to wear jeans in the summer when I was studying, by the time I got to the institute I was all red), ideally - dresses, light shoes, no trainers. Walk at a leisurely pace. Better to leave early than to run somewhere. If you feel you're about to turn red - close your eyes, think about something refreshing, calm down. Most likely, your problem is VSD. Although this diagnosis is usually given to everyone. That is, your vegetative system is playing up, you need maximum calmness.

With diabetes, this is the norm, don't worry, there's nothing you can do about it. Robinul (glycopyrrolate) - the only thing that helps me with sweat. The downside is that dry mouth occurs 3-4 hours after taking it, as the glands responsible for fluid secretion are blocked. After 4-5 days you get used to it and it's fine. I've been suffering from hyperhidrosis for 7 years and can't cure it.
